Why use cast vinyl instead of cheap sticker vinyl?
Cast vehicle films are designed specifically for professional vehicle graphics.
They're a different type of product from the economy vinyl commonly used for basic stickers and short-term graphics.
For a work vehicle, we believe it's worth using a material designed for the job, which is why even our standard Door Logos use professional cast film and protective laminate.
What's the difference between Professional Cast and Premium 3M?
Both are professional-grade cast vehicle films and both are printed and laminated.
Our Professional Cast option uses HEXIS HX190 and gives you a high-quality commercial vehicle graphic at a lower price point.
Our Premium 3M Cast option uses 3M IJ280, a premium professional vehicle-wrap film.
If you simply want professional, laminated door signage, our Professional Cast option is an excellent choice.
If you specifically prefer premium 3M material, choose the 3M upgrade.
What if my logo isn't print ready?
Send us what you have.
If you're unsure whether your logo is suitable, upload the best-quality version available and our team will check it before production.
Where possible, vector artwork such as PDF, EPS or AI files will usually give us the best result.
High-resolution PNG files may also be suitable depending on the artwork and required size.
If your artwork needs additional design or redraw work beyond normal setup, we'll let you know before proceeding.
Are these just printed stickers?
Technically they're adhesive graphics, but they're produced using the same type of professional materials we use for commercial vehicle signage.
Your graphics are:

Can I install the door logos myself?
Yes.
Our DIY door logos are made using professional-grade cast vehicle films designed for vehicle graphics and easier application.
We'll supply your finished graphics ready to install, and you can choose Australia-wide delivery at checkout.
For the best result, the vehicle surface needs to be properly cleaned and prepared before installation.
If you'd rather leave it to us, you can also choose professional Brisro installation.
What material do you use?
We only use professional vehicle-signage materials for our Door Logos.
You can currently choose between:
Professional Cast
Printed on HEXIS HX190 cast vehicle film and protected with laminate.
Premium 3M Cast
Printed on 3M IJ280 premium cast vehicle-wrap film and protected with laminate.
Both options are designed for professional commercial vehicle graphics.
The 3M option is available for customers who specifically want a premium 3M vehicle-wrap film.
Are the graphics laminated?
Yes.
After printing, your graphics receive a protective laminate over the printed surface.
This is an important difference between professionally produced vehicle graphics and some budget printed sticker products where the print may be left exposed.
We don't believe work-vehicle signage should be produced like a temporary sticker.
Will I see the artwork before you print it?
Yes.
We will prepare your artwork and send you a proof for approval before your Door Logos go into production.
Nothing is printed until you've approved the artwork.
This gives you the opportunity to check the layout, sizing and details before we manufacture your graphics.
