Rinse first, then use a mild cleaner suitable for automotive surfaces. Avoid strong solvents, degreasers, citrus cleaners or unknown chemicals unless they have been confirmed as safe for the specific film.
Do not cut away, glue down or heat a damaged area without speaking with Brisro first.
Take clear photos showing both the close-up issue and the surrounding panel. Keep pressure washing and aggressive cleaning away from the affected area until it has been assessed.
Small areas are often easier to assess before dirt, water and repeated washing reach underneath the film. Avoid cutting, gluing or heating the area yourself unless Brisro has advised you to.
